GONERNOR ALIYU OFF TO SAUDI ARABIA FOR UMRAH
The Chief Servant and Governor of Niger State, Dr. Mu’azu Babangida Aliyu, OON (Talban Minna) departed Nigeria last night for Saudi Arabia to perform Umrah (Lesser Hajj).
While in Saudi Arabia, Dr. Aliyu will engage in special prayers for the peace, development and progress of Niger State after performing the Umrah which is recommended in Islam. The trip is also part of the Chief Servant’s belief in the Will of Allah and the belief that Allah has infinite powers in moulding and shaping our destiny and indeed over all things. In the same way, Allah has infinite knowledge about our intentions and actions. While in the Holy Land the Chief Servant will therefore, seek Allah’s blessings over Niger State in the consummation of all the developmental efforts being undertaken in the State.
The Chief Servant is expected back in Nigeria in a few days.
While the Chief Servant is away to Saudi Arabia, the Deputy Chief Servant, Hon. Ahmed Musa Ibeto will oversee the schedules of the Chief Servant and Governor of Niger State.
